The problem

Most have bought Agentforce. Few know if it will hold up in production.

Most organisations have bought Agentforce through their enterprise licensing agreement, often at a discount Salesforce offered to land the deal. Few have a clear view of whether their data foundation, governance, and use cases will hold up under production load. Pilot-to-production conversion is up 60% in two quarters, but the converters are the ones who got the foundations right. Most don’t, and most discover it expensively.

The Readiness Audit gives you a board-ready answer in three weeks, before any further commitment.

What you’ll have at the end
  • A go / no-go decision on each candidate Agentforce use case, with evidence
  • A costed remediation roadmap — what to fix, in what order, for what budget
  • A Flex Credit consumption model so finance can plan run-cost at expected volumes
  • A governance and guardrail baseline — what’s needed to ship safely
  • A regulatory readiness flag for EU AI Act (Ireland / UK) or KSA NLA (Middle East)
  • A short, written board-grade report you can defend in front of risk, finance, or compliance
Scope

A clear line between what’s in and what isn’t.

Included

  • Agent topology assessment — which use cases are viable, which aren’t, and why
  • Data foundation gap analysis — what Data Cloud and data quality work is required first
  • Cost modelling against expected volumes
  • Governance, guardrails, and escalation baseline
  • A prioritised remediation roadmap with indicative cost and sequence

Not included

Any build, configuration, or remediation. This engagement diagnoses; it does not treat. The treatment is normally a Performance Sprint or Data Cloud Quick-Start, priced separately.

How it works

Three weeks, three gates.

Week 1
Working sessions with your IT, data, and business owners. Review of your existing Salesforce estate, data sources, and intended use cases.
Week 2
Analysis. Topology design, cost modelling, gap identification, governance baseline. Internal Lumsi principal review at gate.
Week 3
Findings workshop with your team. Final written report delivered in the same week.
Who this is for
  • Organisations that have bought Agentforce and haven’t yet deployed
  • Organisations with Agentforce in pilot that aren’t sure whether to scale
  • Salesforce account executives looking for a credible delivery partner to de-risk a customer’s Agentforce commitment

Strongest fit. mid-market to enterprise in financial services, life sciences, public sector, telco, and high-volume retail.

How we deliver

Frequently asked questions
Will the audit recommend Lumsi to do the follow-on work?
Where Lumsi is the right answer, yes — and we say so. Where another partner or in-house team is a better fit, we say that too. The audit is paid work; the recommendation is honest.
We’ve already had a Big 4 assessment. Why this one?
Big 4 assessments are typically strategic decks. This is an architect-led technical audit with a costed roadmap and a Flex Credit model finance can use. Different deliverable, different team.
Can the audit cover more than one use case?
Yes. The standard engagement covers up to three priority use cases. Beyond that, scope (and price) extends accordingly.
What happens if the answer is “you’re not ready”?
You get a clear plan for what to fix and roughly what it will cost. That’s the point of the audit. Better to know now than mid-deployment.
Do you do this for Salesforce account executives directly?
Yes. We work as a Salesforce co-sell partner. If you’re an AE and want to discuss a customer engagement, email enquiries@lumsi.io.
How does payment work?
Payment is in three stages for sprints: 30% on signature, 40% at a mid-engagement gate, 30% on completion. The gate is genuine — if we haven’t earned the milestone, we don’t invoice it. For Diagnostics and Advisory, payment is 50% on signature, 50% on delivery.

Three weeks. Fixed price. A board-ready answer.
