The fixed price is deliberate. It eliminates the overrun risk that erodes T&M services margins, and it signals that we know what we’re doing. If scope changes mid-sprint, we’ll have an explicit change-control conversation — we won’t quietly burn through more days.

The problem

You deployed Agentforce. It doesn’t perform.

You deployed Agentforce. You hit a deflection ceiling, or blew through Flex Credit faster than projected, or can’t get the agents to behave safely under real customer load. Your original implementer pitched the build, not the run — and you now have agents in production that don’t perform.

This is happening across the ecosystem. Pilot-to-production conversion is up 60% in two quarters, but a meaningful share of those production deployments are underperforming. There is a wave of stranded Agentforce work hitting now and through 2027. The Performance Sprint is built specifically for it.

What you’ll have at the end
  • Measurably improved agent performance against agreed KPIs (resolution rate, deflection, hand-off quality, cost-per-interaction)
  • An evaluation framework you keep — a repeatable test harness so future performance can be measured and defended
  • Production observability you can run yourself, not depend on Lumsi for
  • Hardened guardrails, escalation paths, and audit trail
  • A Flex Credit cost model with optimisation applied
  • Knowledge transfer to your internal team
Scope

A clear line between what’s in and what isn’t.

Included

  • Performance diagnosis — where and why your agents are failing
  • Prompt, topology, and action redesign
  • Data foundation fixes required for performance (scoped — larger data work routes to Data Cloud Quick-Start)
  • Evaluation framework setup
  • Observability and monitoring setup
  • Guardrail, escalation, and compliance hardening
  • Flex Credit cost optimisation
  • Knowledge transfer to your team

Not included

  • Net-new agent use cases beyond the agreed scope (extending scope is a follow-on engagement, not a mid-sprint change)
  • Enterprise-scale data engineering (routes to Data Cloud Quick-Start)
  • Ongoing operation of the agents post-sprint (routes to Managed Agentforce)
  • Integration projects beyond the agreed sources
How it works

Diagnose, redesign, build, stabilise.

Week 1 — Diagnosis
Architect-led performance assessment of the live deployment. We measure what’s actually happening: resolution rates, deflection, hand-off quality, Flex Credit burn, customer-side feedback. We name the failure modes specifically.
Weeks 2–3 — Redesign
Prompt, topology, and action redesign. Data foundation fixes within scope. Evaluation framework drafted. Daily working sessions with your team.
Weeks 4–6 — Build & test
Implementation against the new design. Evaluation framework runs against every change. Observability stood up. Guardrails hardened. Customer-facing change managed.
Weeks 7–8 — Stabilisation
If needed: production load handled. Tuning against live data. Final knowledge transfer.

Engagements run six to ten weeks depending on the breadth of the agent footprint.

Who this is for
  • Organisations with Agentforce in production or late-stage pilot that isn’t hitting its numbers
  • Customers who bought Agentforce on an EALA / discount and now own a deployment they can’t operationalise
  • Service Cloud customers who deployed Agentforce Service and saw initial deflection plateau

Strongest fit. financial services and telco contact centres in the UK, banking and insurance in the UAE, and mid-market service organisations across all three regions.

How we deliver

Senior architect engagement lead, agent engineer, part-time data engineer, principal review at gates. Senior-only across the team — no junior pyramid. The architect who scopes the work delivers it.

Frequently asked questions
Our agents aren’t terrible, they’re just not great. Is this still for us?
Yes. The Performance Sprint targets the gap between “deployed” and “production-grade.” If you can name a KPI you wish was better, this is the engagement.
What if you find the foundation is broken and a Sprint isn’t enough?
You’ll know that within the first two weeks, and we’ll tell you. The honest answer might be a Data Cloud Quick-Start first, or a bigger remediation programme. We won’t manufacture a Sprint that can’t succeed just to land the work.
Can we run this alongside an internal team?
Yes — most engagements do. Knowledge transfer is an explicit deliverable, not a courtesy.
Do you cover EU AI Act compliance?
Yes — guardrail, audit-trail, and governance work in the Sprint factors in EU AI Act exposure for IE / UK customers and KSA NLA exposure for Middle East customers. Not full legal compliance certification — that needs your counsel — but the technical posture aligned with what those frameworks require.
Can we link payment to outcomes?
On a case-by-case basis, where the deflection / resolution targets are defensible and the data is clean. Talk to us early if this matters.
What if the engagement needs to extend?
Through explicit change control, with an explicit conversation and an explicit revised commitment. Not by drift. The fixed-price discipline is a feature, not a constraint.
How does payment work?
Payment is in three stages for sprints: 30% on signature, 40% at a mid-engagement gate, 30% on completion. The gate is genuine — if we haven’t earned the milestone, we don’t invoice it. For Diagnostics and Advisory, payment is 50% on signature, 50% on delivery.

Six to ten weeks. Fixed price. Production-grade Agentforce.
