Why Lumsi exists

The traditional model is structurally broken for the work the platform now demands.

The traditional Salesforce consulting model — senior architects selling, junior pyramid delivering, open-scope time-and-materials engagements — is structurally broken for the work the platform now demands. Agentforce, Data Cloud, and the regulated-industry workflows where AI matters most need senior delivery from day one, with the evaluation, observability, and governance posture that production AI requires.

Most firms in the ecosystem can’t deliver that without dismantling their cost base. Lumsi is built without that legacy.

How we work

Four structural commitments shape every engagement.

Senior-only delivery, no pyramid.

The architect who scopes the work delivers it. There is no “we’ll bring in our specialist team next month.” Fewer hands per engagement, higher day rates per head, faster outcomes. The economics favour the customer on most engagements over £40k.

Productised offers, fixed scope, fixed price.

Every service has a published price band, a defined duration, and a clear scope-in / scope-out boundary. Time-and-materials is capped at 15-20% of revenue, for explicit capacity augmentation only. The fixed-price discipline is a commitment to the customer and a discipline on us.

Production-grade methodology, not pilots.

Every Agentforce engagement ships with an evaluation framework, production observability, and a governance posture aligned with EU AI Act (Ireland / UK) or KSA NLA (Middle East). The customer keeps all of it. These are not premium add-ons — they are how the work is done.

Outcome pricing where the data supports it.

On Service Deflection Sprints and Managed Agentforce engagements, we will carry meaningful risk where the deflection or resolution model is robust enough to support a contractual target. Outcome pricing is offered where the maths is clean; it is not promised where it isn’t.

What we don’t do

A short list, held to deliberately.

  • Generic Sales Cloud or Service Cloud implementation as a lead offer — the market is well-served; we extend and optimise existing footprints under Run Team.
  • Marketing Cloud net-new programmes — a structurally declining category.
  • SMB or sub-£40k engagements without a clear expansion path.
  • Open-scope, time-and-materials, junior-pyramid work — at any size.

Our partners

We are a Salesforce consulting partner. We work alongside Salesforce account executives on co-sell engagements and de-risk customer Agentforce commitments. Post the November 2025 Salesforce-Informatica acquisition, we are building deep capability in Data Cloud + Informatica + MDM as one integrated practice — a combination still rare in the partner ecosystem.
