The work that doesn’t fit a productised offer

Our productised services — diagnostics, sprints, Run Team, advisory, vertical accelerators — are how Lumsi differentiates and where most engagements start. But the Salesforce platform is wider than the productised set, and we serve customers across it where the work fits our delivery model and where the relationship makes sense.

Where we work

Core CRM

Sales Cloud & Service Cloud

The foundations of any Salesforce estate. We don’t lead with implementation of these because the market is well-served — but we extend, optimise, and integrate existing Sales and Service Cloud deployments under Run Team retainers, as part of larger Agentforce engagements, and on referred work from Salesforce account executives.

Marketing Cloud

We serve existing Marketing Cloud customers under Run Team retainers and as part of broader Data Cloud or Agentforce activation programmes. Marketing Cloud is not a productised lead offer — the market is shifting toward Data Cloud-driven journeys and we follow that direction — but we have the capability and take on the work where the engagement fits.

Data Cloud

A productised offer (see Data Cloud Quick-Start) and an underlying capability we apply across most engagements. Data Cloud is the foundation everything else depends on — agents, marketing, service — and we treat it as such.

MuleSoft & Integration

Integration is part of almost every Lumsi engagement. We have MuleSoft capability in-house and use it where it’s the right tool, and we use other integration approaches (REST APIs, point-to-point, event-driven architectures) where they fit better. The choice is architectural, not commercial.

Industries

Beyond our productised vertical accelerators in financial services, life sciences, and public sector, we work with other industry clouds (Manufacturing, Energy, Health, Education) under Run Team or bespoke engagements where the customer fit is right.

Tableau, Slack, Net Zero & beyond

We do not lead with these. We pick them up when they are part of a larger engagement on the platform.

New conversation? Book an architecture call → We will tell you honestly whether what you need fits our delivery model and, if not, who we would refer you to.
