Most customers know something is wrong but can’t get a vendor-neutral view without committing to a multi-month consulting programme. The Health Check is that view, scoped to two weeks and a fixed price.

Not included
Remediation itself. The Health Check produces the plan; the work runs under a Run Team retainer or a discrete Sprint, depending on scope.
How it works
Two weeks, read-only.
Week 1
Read-only access to the org. Working sessions with your admin / architect / business owners. Automated scans plus manual review.
Week 2
Findings workshop. Written report delivered in the same week, with a prioritised backlog and rough order-of-magnitude estimates for remediation.

Frequently asked questions
How much access do you need?
Read-only system admin to the production org, ideally with a sandbox copy for deeper inspection. We do not change anything during the assessment.
Will you find issues we don’t already know about?
Usually yes — particularly around licence waste, security drift, and unused or duplicated automation. Most engagements identify enough cost recovery to fund the audit several times over.
Can the report support a board case for replatform or major investment?
Yes. The report is written to be defensible at board level, with evidence for each finding.
How does payment work?
Payment is in three stages for sprints: 30% on signature, 40% at a mid-engagement gate, 30% on completion. The gate is genuine — if we haven’t earned the milestone, we don’t invoice it. For Diagnostics and Advisory, payment is 50% on signature, 50% on delivery.
